Synopsis: An insider’s look at Belarusian regime through the eyes of its most creative citizens. The struggle for freedom of expression in Europe’s last dictatorship.

Director’s Biography: Luigi Milardi was born in Pescara in 1984. In 2006 he get the University Degree in Communication, studying in Italy, Poland and Portugal.Even though his training is mostly journalistic, he focused his work into advertising and communication, working with a marketing agency and several no-profit foundations, in Italy and abroad.In 2011 he obtains the Sound Engineer degree and founds the communication agency Five Service where he is still working.
