AHRFF is so very grateful for our hundreds of incredible volunteers from Afghanistan and abroad who commit their time, energy and enthusiasm to our special events, and programs that make our event so fantastic and powerful each year! As a non-profit organization, without the help and commitment of our volunteers, we would not be able to organize and present AHRFF.

Our volunteers are the heart and soul of our organization and the driving force behind our successful programs serving the community. Our volunteers’ passionate participation enables AHRFF to deliver a program that promotes Article 27. (1) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights "Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits" to the Afghan community.

Volunteering is a great way to become involved in Afghanistan Human Rights Film Festival, indeed one of the most important cultural and human rights event in Afghanistan. The festival is an opportunity for you to meet artists, filmmakers, and human rights activists from around the world while also making the world a better place.
